A ministry of love and care for the church and parish life. The Sisterhood is the heart of the parish, blending the diligent care for the beauty of the temple with works of mercy and hospitality.
Maintenance of the Temple: Ensuring the cleanliness and inner radiance of God's house, including the care of liturgical vessels and vestments. Decorating the church with fresh flowers for Feast Days in accordance with Orthodox tradition. Hospitality and Community: Preparing the communal Sunday meal after the Divine Liturgy to foster fellowship. Organising parish fundraisers, such as community picnics (shashliks), as well as coordinating memorial meals and wedding receptions. Educational Support: Assisting with the parish library and kiosk, helping parishioners access spiritual literature, icons, and candles. Charity and Fundraising: Playing a vital role in parish development, including fundraising for sacred projects such as the installation of frescoes and the restoration of the church chandelier. The sisters provide practical support to those in need within the community and assist with administrative tasks for the growth of the flock.
